31 July 2015 Stage 10.5: Belorado Rest Day

I've never really thought about what it means to rest, but that's what I'm learning and doing today! Also succeeded in looking ridiculous as I walk around in my bathing suit because all my clothes and towel are in the washing machine. I'm worried about my shin splints, but I think I will still have enough time to make it to Santiago. Going to check on my clothes then return to resting. Aleka is staying at a hostel in town, so we'll just meet up for dinner. My legs are thanking me for resting. Hopefully they can make it to Santiago.
